- A new, modestly sized food store with a new sales area of 1315m2
- Parking spaces for 121 cars, including 6 accessible bays, 6 parent-and-child spaces and 2 electric vehicle charging points
- Free customer car parking together with covered bicycle parking
- Between 40 and 50 full and part-time permanent local jobs through the operation of the Aldi food store
