Award-winning discount food retailer Aldi, is bringing forward a planning application for a new food store at Minerva Point, Worcester Road, Stourport.

The new store, which would be built on an existing brownfield site, previously used as employment land. The proposals will regenerate a vacant site, providing first class shopping facilities for local people.

Our proposals will create up to 50 new jobs, with further job opportunities supported via construction and through the supply chain. A new store would provide a major investment of over £5m into the local economy.

As part of its commitment to community consultation, Aldi has arranged a virtual public exhibition to provide you with an opportunity to view the draft plans for a revamped discount food store and give your feedback on the proposals, prior to the submission of a full planning application to Wyre Forest District Council.
