A new Aldi on Rockingham Road, Market Harborough

We’re asking the local community to support our plans for a new Aldi in Market Harborough. We need local people to tell Harborough District Council how a new Aldi on Rockingham Road in Market Harborough would transform a brownfield site and help support new jobs in the town.

Our proposal includes:

The retention of the existing jobs at the current store in Market Harborough and the creation of up to 15 new jobs. Further employment opportunities will be available during construction and throughout the supply chain

A major investment in the local community and a big boost to the economy of Market Harborough
Increased choice and competition for the area, which will help boost trade locally
A new store in a convenient location, reducing travel times for customers, which will in turn keep spend local and reduce carbon emissions
A modern and accessible store for local people with free parking for up to 90 minutes
