A new Aldi on Minerva Point, Stourport

We’re asking the local community to support our plans for a new Aldi in Stourport. We need local people to tell Wyre Forest District Council how a new Aldi at Minerva Point in Stourport would transform a brownfield site and help support new jobs.

Our proposal represents:

• A major investment in the local community and a big boost to the economy
• The creation of between 40 and 50 jobs for the local community
• Additional employment opportunities throughout the construction of the store and through the supply chain
• Increased choice and competition for the area, which will help boost trade locally
• A new store in a convenient location, reducing travel times for customers, which will in turn keep spend local and reduce carbon emissions
• A modern and accessible store for local people with free parking for up to 90 minutes.
